Our wedding coordination service begins well before the day and even month of your wedding. Upon booking, we act as your best advocate and provide guidance and advice along the way. Leading up to your wedding day, we will do a ceremony and reception site visit, coordinate with vendors, create a day-of-timeline, manage your wedding rehearsal and more. The day-of, we oversee your entire wedding from start to finish, keeping your special event running smoothly and on time. We always have at least two planners at each wedding, and we never limit the number of hours we work on your wedding day.
